"I cannot thank you enough for your kindness, professionalism, and support during an incredibly difficult time for our family. We were grieving the loss of our precious 3-month-old, Stormi and your assistance with setting up the funeral programs was truly a blessing. You handled every detail with such care, compassion, and respect, helping us create a beautiful tribute that honored our little one’s memory perfectly. Having your support during this heartbreaking time was invaluable, and we are deeply grateful for your sensitivity and skill. Thank you for making such a difference when we needed it most."

"The site is so simple to use. There are video tutorials for each step of the way. Which makes it even easier to use. You can work on it all at once or go back as many times as you want to keep adding memories to it. This site truly is a blessing and a way to honor our loved ones who have passed away. Thanks for putting that together...it is really beautiful."

"Rose is wonderful to work with! She is very attentive and responds very quickly. When I ran into a situation, she offered to get on the phone and walk me through it. I highly recommend her and her products. I was looking for a Forget-me-not theme for my mother-in-law and she provided all the items I needed! Great help during a difficult time. Appreciate your service, Rose"

"Rose has thought of every detail. If you haven’t lost someone you don’t realize how many things you must do and how quickly decisions, very important decisions, need to be made. This site will walk you through all of it and help bring peace and comfort at such a difficult time. I would encourage everyone to get on this site long before they need to!!!! Talk to your loved ones, go through the site with them so decisions can be made prior to the hurried, stressful, sad time of the funeral. Again, I’m very happy and grateful for this website."

"Thanks for all your help Rose, you've been absolutely amazing, so incredibly helpful & kind. You've gone more than the extra mile to help me, truly appreciate it.

He [my dad] had dementia & the Forget-Me-Not is the symbol for dementia in Australia (it might be in the USA as well), which is why I went for this design.

Thank you :) for being so supportive. I'm so glad I chose your site. "

How Personal Loss Inspired My Mission to Help Others Honor Loved Ones Beautifully:

I was just 15 when my daddy passed away. All we had was a brief obituary in the newspaper; my mom couldn't afford a program for his service. It was heartbreaking, and I didn't have anything to remember that day by.

Fast forward to 2011, and I lost my vibrant, full-of-life mom to congestive heart failure. It happened so suddenly. Even though I was an event planner with website building skills, grief hit me hard. I couldn't bring myself to organize anything beyond a small luncheon for my siblings...
